These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website at (the “Website”). By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Using this Website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from us. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this website.

Any reference in these terms and conditions to “we” or “us” refers to All Things Nice Store

We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this Website from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions, because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this Website. If you do not wish to accept any new terms and conditions, you should not continue to use this Website.
Ordering
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. We will send you an order acknowledgement by email, detailing the products you have ordered.
Our acceptance of an order takes place once the order is paid in full.
Whilst we try and make sure every order is completed on occasion orders may need to be cancelled, we are unable to accept any cancellation once your order has been personalised or packed for shipment.
Once your item has been received we are unable to offer a return or refund if the product sizing is incorrect, printing is incorrect upon customer request, the order will only be accepted as a return if it is deemed faulty by a manager if an item is returned as faulty but is checked and is not found to be faulty will not be refunded and we reserve the right to charge return postage.
We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) Where goods are not available
(b) Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
(c) If there has been a pricing or product description error
(d) If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions
(e) Following any abusive behaviour which could potentially damage our business
(g) We do not tolerate any threatening messages or emails and as soon as we receive these your order shall be declined
Delivery
We will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address which you give for delivery when you make your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received. On the occasion that items are returned to us due to customer entering their address incorrectly. The customer will be charged additional shipping to have the items resent.
Shipping of your order will be made as soon as possible and usually for plain items with 48 hours and personalised items up to 10 business days. Delays can sometimes occur during peak season. If you need your items urgently please be sure to contact us.
Estimate dispatch timescales can be found on our website along side delivery estimate.
Whilst we make every effort to dispatch goods during the estimation timescales that we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
The majority of our products are dispatched via Sendle who use Couriers Please or Fastaway Couriers, shipments to po boxes, express post or some regional items will be shipped via Aus Post. Please be sure to check your junk mail for your shipment tracking information.
We reserve the right to wait up to 12 business days from the date of dispatch before taking further action regarding an undelivered item.
Please note: we will not be held liable for any late deliveries if delays occur by causes beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation:-
(a) fire;
(b) severe weather conditions;
(c) industrial dispute;
(d) strike or labour disputes
Free Shipping offers are only valid within Australia.
Returns and exchange
We do not accept returns and exchanges for any items in our store for change of mind, customer error or incorrect selection.
If an item is faulty and we deem this as our error, we shall refund or exchange the item upon receipt of photographic evidence.
All delivery information can be found on our website. If you require the order sooner and we are not notified by email of the date, we shall continue to process the order inline with our lead-times.
Please make sure you allow plenty of time for your order to be processed.
Faulty item
In the unfortunate event the item arrives damaged or faulty we ask you contact us as soon as possible within 2 weeks of receipt of goods. You must include photographic evidence of the fault. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse. We do not take any responsibility for washing and ironing of garments, these are at your own risk. No refunds will be given if washed or ironed. We will not refund on any items even if faulty once worn. We will require the tracking information if advised to return. If we do not receive the tracking information we will be unable to provide a replacement or refund.
Colours
Due to screen colours and tones differing the colour of the product may vary on different devices. The shade of the colour you receive may vary to the colour as displayed by our website on your computer monitor or mobile device. Please be aware that if colour is important to you, your order is placed at your own risk.
Colours chosen by the buyer are final, we cannot be held responsible for the choices chosen by the buyer. We do not replace the items if you do not like your colour combinations once printed.
Whilst we take great care to photograph our products monitors can distort the colour quite considerably from what is shown on the computer to what is received in real life. As with all products that are created we can not guarantee the identical depth of colour across each item, due to batch dying of fabrics. Therefor you may find slight variances in shading especially when ordering across multiple time periods or different size ranges. All images on our website are for illustrative purposes only.
Recommendation: Darker colours on light patterned gowns like Black, Navy, Dark Green, Hot Pink print work well. White on darker patterned gowns. This is a recommendation only. We are not liable if you do not like the choice chosen.
Printing
All items are created via high quality vinyl transfer. We do not embroider items. Sometimes personalisation designs will be printed slightly different to photo’s to accomodate for longer names or roles. If ordering multiple items we will always try to place all designs the same way for continuity among your Bridal Party.
Order changes
If you do not receive an email confirmation of a change you are requesting then please do not think that your change has been accepted, as the email you sent may not have been actioned. You may cancel your order if it has not yet been processed, however it will incur a 5% cancellation fee which covers payment processing and admin fees.
Discounts & Offers
Offers are limited to one per customer you are not allowed to use multiple discount vouchers on the same order.Items that are purchased in a ‘Sale’ can not have further discounts applied nor can they be returned these items are sold as seen.

Miscellaneous
You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions.
Wash on low setting
Iron on a low setting inside out ideally inside out under a teatowel or towel
Do not dry clean
We do not accept any liability for items damaged during washing or ironing
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which shall continue to have full force and effect.
Sale Items
Sale items are non returnable
Some sale items do have defects as listed and will not be removed.
Offer is subject to these terms
