We do accept returns on non personalised items for an exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, to arrange an exchange. Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged.
The item must be unused, with the original tags and packaging still intact. All postage is at the customer's expense.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalised items for change of mind, this also includes if incorrect sizing is chosen, personalised item includes any text added to the item Bride/Bridesmaid etc.
In the unlikely event your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving and we will organise a replacement promptly.
