Shipping
Our current processing time for personalised items is 5-7 business days.
Non personalised items are shipped 1-2 business days.
The processing time does not shorten if you choose express shipping. Express post only speeds up the delivery time.
Standard shipping = $9.95
Express Shipping = $15.95
When placing your order you will receive an automatic confirmation email (sometimes found in your junk mail). After this email you will not hear from us again until your shipping information is sent or if we have questions about your order.
Please check your junk mail and also ensure it has been 6 business days since your order was placed. If you don’t have it please contact us at info@allthingsnice.com.au
If you need your robes shipped quicker than the usual turnaround time please contact us at info@allthingsnice.com.au and let us know, your wedding date, how many robes, what style and if personalisation is required. We can usually accommodate requests but it is important to check with us first.

Yes we do, all our items offer embroidery unless otherwise stated
So sorry to hear that. All our robes are personalised by hand and made to order. We are human and sometimes make mistakes. If your order is incorrect please let us know by email info@allthingsnice.com.au so we can fix it.

Please note however we can't guarantee that your mistake will not be processed, as we do follow the order sheets and updates can be missed, so please be careful when placing your order. It is the customers responsibility to ensure your order is correct before placing it.
