When ordering multiple jackets in different sizes we cannot guarantee exact same denim wash. Please get in touch to discuss your needs if you require matching group jackets. Due to the nature of the denim wash the exact shade of each jacket can vary. Please use the measurements to determine sizing, a 1-2cm tolerance is accepted.

Processing time is the time we need to prepare, personalise and pack your order before it is dispatched.

Please note: Choosing Express Shipping does not reduce our processing time. Express Shipping only speeds up the delivery time after your order has been dispatched.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering and we’ll be happy to advise whether we can accommodate your timeframe.

What Happens After You Order?

We’ll keep things simple.

1. Order confirmation
Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an email confirming your order.

2. We prepare your order
Your order will be processed, personalised where applicable, packed and prepared for dispatch. Our current processing time is 5–7 business days.

3. Your order is dispatched
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking information.

4. Track your order
You can use your tracking number to follow your parcel's progress.

We’ll only contact you during the processing period if we need any additional information regarding your order.

We do accept returns on non personalised items for an exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, to arrange an exchange.

The item must be unused, with the original tags and packaging still intact. All postage is at the customer's expense.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalised items for change of mind, this also includes if incorrect sizing is chosen, personalised item
includes any text added to the item Bride/Bridesmaid etc.

In the unlikely event your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving and we will organise a replacement promptly.
