Returns

At All Things Nice customer satisfaction is number one! We love our beautiful products and believe you will too, but if you find that your order does not meet your expectations we offer full exchanges and refunds on non personalised items, (personalised includes items printed with Bride, Bridesmaid etc.) within 7 working days of receipt of your order. To request, please contact info@allthingsnice.com.au. In order for the exchange to be processed, items must be received in their original packaging in an unworn, unused condition. All exchanges must be exchanged by the purchaser and the issued order number must be provided.  Please allow 7 business days for an exchange or refund to be issued once your pieces arrive at our location. We do not offer refunds on sale items or personalised items. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping costs of returns and exchanges are to be paid by the customer and items must be returned via a tracked service.

Faulty Items – We hope this never happens as we endeavour to always deliver quality items but if you do find that any part of your order is faulty or received damaged, please contact us at info@allthingsnice.com.au
