How long until my order is shipped?
As most orders are personalised. Our current processing time is 2 weeks.
The processing time does not shorten if you choose express shipping. Express post only speeds up the delivery time.
Non-personalised items usually ship within 2 business days. In the unlikely event that we are out of stock we will contact you via email with an updated dispatch date.
Where do I put my personalisation details?
Please place your personalisation details in either the text box on the product page or the order notes section on the checkout page.
The checkout page is after the cart page and you will find the order notes box next to your shipping address.
I placed my order and have not heard from you?
When placing your order you will receive an automatic confirmation email (sometimes found in your junk mail). After this email you will not hear from us again until your shipping information is sent or if we have questions about your order.
I haven’t received my tracking information?
Please check your junk mail and also ensure it has been 2 weeks since your order was placed. If you don’t have it please contact us at email@example.com
My order is incorrect?
So sorry to hear that. All our robes are personalised by hand and made to order. We are human and sometimes make mistakes. If your order is incorrect please let us know by email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can fix it.
Do you sell childrens robes?
No we do not.
Do you do discounts for multiple robes?
If you are ordering more than 12 robes please get in touch to email@example.com to organise a discount code.
Can you rush my order?
If you need your robes shipped quicker than the usual turnaround time please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know, your wedding date, how many robes, what style and if personalisation is required. We can usually accommodate requests but it is important to check with us first.
